As the Director of Resilient Healthcare Skill Academy, I bring with me over 28 years of hands-on experience in hospitals as a clinician, administration, healthcare infrastructure projects, and quality management. I’ve had the privilege of working with leading institutions like AIIMS Delhi, the Indian Army (AMC) and various government and private healthcare organizations across the country.

But beyond administration and consultancy, my true passion lies in teaching.

At this institute, I don’t just oversee operations — I **personally lead and mentor** many of the training sessions. I strongly believe that real learning comes from those who’ve lived the experience, solved real-world problems, and understand the challenges you will face in your healthcare careers.
